The Franklin Tourism Development Authority met late yesterday afternoon in the lower level of the Franklin town hall for their regular January 2016 meeting. the board heard from the Financial Subcommittee and the Franklin Appalachian Trail Community Committee and voted to decline an advertising opportunity with Allison Outdoor Advertising.
